As Counsel in the Corporate and Litigation Employment Practices Groups at Ferruzzo, Alison Gibbs represents a wide range of businesses and their owners.

Dedicated to advising her clients on best business practices in the management of day-to-day employee issues, Alison advises her clients on a wide array of matters. These include reviewing employee handbooks/personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, leave issues, internal investigations, lay-offs, disciplinary action, terminations, severance negotiations, and other necessary employment practices. As a strong advocate for her clients, Alison strives to mitigate employment issues before litigation even occurs.

When litigation does occur, Alison defends employers against a variety of employment claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and/or wage and hour, pursued on an individual or representative basis.

Alison was born and raised in Ohio and now resides in Newport Beach enjoying watching Ohio State football games and spending time with her family and friends.
