Allie Colbert
Paralegal
Allie Colbert is a Paralegal in the Firm’s Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration Practice Group. She joined the firm in July 2025 and supports attorneys and clients in all phases of estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Her work includes drafting 16061.7 beneficiary notices, affidavits of death, inventories and appraisals, petitions, wills, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney. Allie also assists with marshaling assets, noticing creditors, and helping clients through the full administration process through final distributions.
In her free time, Allie enjoys playing sports with her son, reading, working out, and relaxing by the beach or pool.
Allie earned her Paralegal Certificate from the National Paralegal College and is a commissioned Notary Public in California. She is also an active member of the National Paralegal Association (NALA) and the Orange County Paralegal Association (OCPA).
