Alyse Frederick

As a Senior Associate at Ferruzzo, Alyse Frederick handles Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate Administration, and Conservatorships. She enjoys using her expertise to create solid estate plans that preserve wealth and provide security for future generations. Alyse works closely with families experiencing the loss of loved ones and trauma. She counsels clients and helps families navigate the trust administration and probate processes with sensitivity and discretion. Alyse’s inherent passion for protecting society’s most vulnerable members is reflected in her work obtaining Conservatorships and preparing Special Needs Trusts.

Alyse’s strong belief that all members of society benefit from estate planning is reflected in her work, during law school, providing pro bono legal services at the Alona Cortese Elder Law Center, where she drafted estate-planning documents and obtained Conservatorships for indigent clients.

As an Orange County native, Alyse grew up with a mother who has a disability and a father who was a lawyer. This inspired her to learn and use the law to help others, including those with disabilities.

In Alyse’s free time, she can often be found at her daughter’s swim meets or at the beach with her rescue dog Rusty.
