Paralegal
Emi Schardt is a Paralegal supporting attorneys within the Firm’s Trust and Probate Litigation Group. She provides legal support with file management, including maintaining client contact throughout the litigation process, performing investigative research, gathering and preparing evidence, and drafting and filing related legal documents.
Emi has worked in the legal field since 2009 when she pivoted from her career as a Project Manager with a leading Southern California technology company to find her true passion: helping those that have suffered a great loss. While raising a young family, Emi began working for a small law firm and sharpened her legal acumen by earning her Paralegal Certificate from Cerritos College.
During her legal profession in Southern California, has handled diverse cases and complex legal issues related to Civil Litigation and Probate, Trust and Estate Law, demanding an acute attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to stay abreast of the latest changes and nuances in the legal domain.
Beyond the confines of her professional life, Emi serves her community as an Adult Leader for Boy Scouts of America and is blessed with family, friends, and French bulldogs.
