Judy Liau
Senior Paralegal
Judy Liau is a Senior Paralegal who joined the firm in 2019. She assists attorneys in estate planning, probate, and trust administration practice groups. Judy has a wealth of experience preparing, filing, and assisting with Petitions for Probate Administrations and Will Contests, preparing Trust Administration Accountings and Probate Code 16061.7 Notifications, Petitions for Trust Interpretations, preparing the transfer of real property to Trusts, and corresponding with the Assessor’s Office and financial institutions for Affidavits of small estates.
In addition, Judy works with various government agencies on behalf of Estates, Trusts, and clients. She has also assisted with preparing and drafting advanced estate planning documents, including Revocable Living Trusts, Pour Over Wills, Powers of Attorney, Advance Healthcare Directives, transfer of real estate property through Trust Transfer Deed, and Interspousal Deed.
Judy resides in Anaheim, Orange County. On the weekends, she likes to stay active by hiking and outdoor camping. She also actively participates in CrossFit and weightlifting.
