Kelly Loughland
Senior Paralegal
Kelly joined the Firm in 2007 and is responsible for supporting the Firm’s estate and trust attorneys in trust/probate litigation, probate administration, conservatorships and guardianships. She also prepares all fiduciary accountings for the Firm’s Trust and Probate Litigation Group. Kelly also provides further legal support with file management, including maintaining client contact throughout the administration/litigation process, and preparing and filing probate court documents.
Kelly graduated in June 2014 from University of California, Riverside, and was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration – Finance (with honors).
Kelly is a native Southern Californian and currently resides in Newport Beach.
