As Counsel within Ferruzzo & Ferruzzo’s Trust and Probate Litigation Group, Orlando assists our clients in their just pursuit of the manifestation of their loved one’s intentions.

Orlando handles a variety of litigation matters within the area of Trusts and Wills, including Contests, Accountings, and Trustee removal. He finds open communication to be the lifeblood of his advocacy to ensure his clients are matters are pursued comprehensively and competently.

Orlando commenced his almost 18-year legal career as a Placer County Public Defender in Auburn, California and eventually moved into private practice, where he managed some of the more prominent DUI Defense firms in Southern California. Upon his stepfather’s passing in 2012, however, his interest turned to Trusts and Estates as he saw firsthand how difficult it can be to grieve the loss of a loved one while trying to contend with the burdens implied by the law. It was watching his mother struggle to administer her childhood sweetheart’s affairs in the absence of an estate plan that inspired Orlando to use the breadth of his legal experience to assist those facing challenging probate or trust matter circumstances. He enjoys representing those dealing with the emotionally challenging and time-consuming probate process. He brings the same emotionally conscious approach to resolving every client’s matter with which he’s entrusted, while trying to alleviate as much discomfort as possible.

Born in Orange County, raised in Sacramento, and educated in the Bay Area, New York City, and Rome, Orlando blends his diverse background with his passion for people, resulting in a client-centric approach to assuaging all of his clients’ concerns. In and out of the courtroom, he is adept at handling both the client’s legal matters, as well as attending to their emotional toll.

In Orlando’s free time, he acts in TV shows, movies, and commercials, writes poetry, travels, plays basketball and collects Pokemon cards with his son, and always roots roots roots for the Yankees.
