As Counsel at Ferruzzo, Sean is a member of the litigation team. As a litigator, Sean strives to achieve efficient and successful results for his clients.

Whether it is a business dispute, a contractual dispute, a collection matter, or an eviction matter, Sean handles all aspects of litigation for his clients, from assessing and developing pre-litigation strategies and settlements, to drafting and arguing all facets of the litigation from inception to final resolution, including appellate work. Sean’s practical approach to litigation leads to the efficient and successful results he strives to achieve for is clients.

Sean has extensive experience representing clients in business and contractual disputes, collection efforts, and enforcing the judgments that he obtains for his clients. Sean has represented multiple Commercial and Residential Landlords with multi-million dollar properties in the Orange County area in Unlawful Detainer Actions, Defense of Tenant Claims, and Eviction Proceedings.

Sean also has significant experience defending claims under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, Unfair Competition Laws, and for fraud. He is an asset for the services we provide to all our auto clients.

In addition to litigation, Sean has successfully defended many of his superior court results at the appellate level. His clients have prevailed on appeals on contractual interpretation, the contractual right to attorneys’ fees, and the right to be represented by chosen counsel.

Sean was born in Newport Beach, California, and received his Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Fullerton. Sean grew up in the restaurant industry and worked as a server at local restaurants while paying his way through college. Upon graduating college, he obtained his real estate license, which sparked his interest in the legal industry and inspired him to go to law school. Sean obtained his juris doctorate in 2012 from Ohio Northern University, The Claude W. Pettit College of Law. Because of his background and experience in the restaurant industry, Sean is a firm believer that the legal industry is a subset of the service industry, and he strives to provide the best service for his clients.

In Sean’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids in Costa Mesa, coaching his children’s sports team, traveling, snowboarding, and surfing.
